The second semi-final, scheduled for 5:00pm, will witness former champions Police Ladies FC taking on first-timers Supreme Ladies FC. Police Ladies FC earned their semi-final berth by dispatching current champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies in a thrilling 2-1 encounter.

On the other hand, Supreme Ladies FC secured their spot by defeating lower-tier side Nasara Ladies 4-1 via penalties.
