In a new report by Africa Property News, Accra, Ghana has been ranked the 10th wealthiest city in Africa.

Accra which was the only city in Ghana to make the list was valued at $38 billion.

The overview of the continent’s wealthiest cities is based on the The AfrAsia Bank Africa Wealth Report 2018.

The overview “indicates where clusters of wealthy cities are developing across the continent, as well as showing a few more isolated locations of money aggregation.”

The report described Ghana as one of the fastest growing economies in Africa with projected growth of 8.3% in 2018.
