Head Coach of Aduana Stars Yusif Abubakar has revealed his team are already strategizing to upset Al Tahaddy in the second leg of the CAF Champions League preliminary round.
The Ogya boys fell to a 1-0 defeat to the Libyan side in a well fought encounter on Sunday in Egypt.
However Coach Abubakar is confident he has gathered enough information from the first game to plot a comeback in the reverse fixture.
“Ghanaians are expecting us to go beyond the preliminary round of the competition,” he told Class FM.
“When we played Al Tahaddy on Sunday, we studied how they play and certain things they did during the game."
“Going into the return game, we have put some strategies in place to make sure that we are not kicked out of the competition so what we are working on is our tactical approach and I will be hoping the players will adapt to that,” he added.
The much anticipated return fixture will be played on fortnight at the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa.
