Turkish side Kayserispor are pleasantly surprised with the form of Asamoah Gyan who played his first 90 minutes in months in their 3-2 win over Karabukspor on Sunday in the Turkey Super Lig.

The Black Stars skipper was one of the best players on the pitch despite not scoring a goal. His link-up play, over all movements and constant threat in front of goal was a delight for the Kayserispor coach Sumudica.

Leandrinho opened the scoring for away side Karabukspor with Artem Kravets equalizing for the home team Kayserispor.

Deniz Turuc added a second for Gyan’s team with Artem Kravets adding a third before Olafur Ingi Skulason pulling one back for Karabukspor.
