Sky Sports Germany reports that Brighton is intensifying its efforts to secure the signing of FC Nordsjælland winger Ibrahim Osman before the winter transfer deadline.

Following the abandonment of West Ham United's pursuit of the teenager, Brighton has submitted an initial offer of around €20m plus €3m in add-ons to convince Nordsjælland to part ways.

Meanwhile, Brentford is closely monitoring Osman's situation.

The 19-year-old has proven himself as an exciting forward with pace and a notable final product.

Osman has contributed four goals and five assists in 29 appearances for the Danish club this season.
