COURIERPLUS Services Limited, a wholly-owned Nigerian company, has entered into a strategic franchise partnership with Priority Express Services to deliver courier and logistics services in Ghana.
Both companies, operating from Accra, would collaborate to provide efficient services to corporate organisations, government agencies and individuals.
Commenting on the new business relationship between Courierplus and PES, the Head, Courierplus International, Mrs. Adetutu Sanni, said the partnership was in line with the expansion drive across selected African countries and would enable Ghanaians to enjoy the best world-class courier and logistics services.
“Our ultimate goal is creating value in Africa for Africans,” she said.
Highlighting the global vision of Courierplus, the Vice-president/ Chief Executive officer, Superflux Group, the parent company of Courierplus, Mr. Gabriel okonkwo, said the partnership was a clear indication that Courierplus wanted to be a big player in Africa.
“This is coming less than a year after the grand opening of a Courierplus subsidiary in Kenya.
"There is an ever present need for African businesses to begin to partake actively in creating value within the continent that will grow our individual economies and reduce external reliance.
