The Board Chairman of National Sports Authority has accused former Sport Minister Nii Lantey Vanderpuye of corruption, daring him to come out and account for monies he took "to renovate the New Edubiase Stadium".

Hon Kwadwo Baah Agyemang says  the MP for Odododiodio constituency has failed and hence  has nothing to say against the current administration, with the performance of the current sports minister.

Responding to questions from the media on how much money he met in office, Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah revealed he inherited a debt of GHC51m from the previous administration, a claim  Hon. Vanderpuye has rubbished.

But speaking on Oman FM on Thursday,  Hon Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, who is the former MP for Asante Akyem constituency, has urged  Hon Vanderpuye to come out and tell Ghanaians  what he did with the monies he took from the Flag Staff House.

"Nii Lantey has nothing to say against this current administration, knowing very well he failed to do what Hon, Isaac Asiama is doing,"he said.

"What did he do when he saw the Accra Sports Stadium and the Azumah Nelseon sports Complex needs renovation,"he quizzed.

"Am daring him to come out and tell us what he did with the money he took from the Flag Staff House to renovate the New Edubiase Stadium.

"There are documents a to show that the GHC51m debt is a fact.

He said the current administration remains focused to achieve what it promised Ghanaians.

He however did not tell the exact amount the NDC administration released for the renovation of the stadium, which is still in a bad state.
