Italian Serie A side, Genoa are reportedly weighing up a move for Torino midfielder Afriyie Acquah, in the ongoing transfer window.

Genoa have renewed their interest in the Ghanaian international after failing to land him last summer.

According to reports the 25 year old could be the subject of a season long-loan bid from Genoa as early as this weekend.

Lack of much playing time this season could force the midfield enforcer  to reconsider his future at the Turin based club.

Torino’s position on the matter is definite, manager Sinisa Mihajlovic will have to sanction the move before the club enters into any form of negotiation with Genoa.

The Black Stars midfielder has made only three Serie A appearance for Torino in the ongoing ltalian top-flight campaign.
