Ghanaian striker Joel Fameyeh has completed a loan deal with Russian Premier League outfit Baltika Kaliningrad, aiming to bolster the team's offensive capabilities.

Fameyeh, who has demonstrated his goal-scoring prowess with three goals in 15 appearances for Rubin Kazan this season, is poised to make a valuable contribution to Baltika's campaign.

In an official statement, Baltika Kaliningrad announced the agreement, stating, "Welcome, Joel. An agreement has been reached between Baltika and Rubin football clubs on the loan of striker Joel Fameye." Donning the Baltika Kaliningrad jersey, Fameyeh is determined to make his mark with his new club.

With Baltika Kaliningrad currently struggling in the Russian Premier League standings, sitting second to last, Fameyeh's arrival brings renewed hope and experience to the team's quest for success in the ongoing season.

The 26-year-old Ghanaian forward is expected to provide a significant attacking threat for Baltika as they battle against relegation.

Having previously showcased his talent during his three seasons with Orenburg before joining Rubin Kazan in 2022, Fameyeh has already amassed 50 appearances and scored 17 goals, including three goals in the current season.
