Ghana Premier League side, Dreams FC have announced the signing of their former striker, Joseph Esso after his stint with Algerian side MC Algiers.

"Dreams FC is delighted to announce the signing of striker Joseph Esso. Esso makes a sensational return for a second stint with the club having last played for Algerian club MC Algiers."

He has already signed a contract to confirm his return and is now awaiting international clearance.

“I didn’t hesitate at all to make the decision to return to this club when the opportunity came up,” Esso said.

“This place proved to be a good home for me when I first arrived and I hope to contribute to the aspirations of the club”. He scored 11 goals on his first stint with the club in the 2020/2021 season.

“Joseph made a great impact on the team during his time here,” Dreams FC General Manager Ameenu Shardow said of Esso’s return.

“He is a player we know very well and we believe strongly he’ll be another great addition to the squad in achieving our targets.”

He has in the past featured for Ebusua Dwarfs, Hearts of Oak and Dreams FC for his first stint.
