''As an entity, we think its a worthy investment coming into partnership with the Ghana Football Association to develop Football in this country and it couldn't have been any better associating our brand with football and for that matter our gallant Black Stars''

''We have absolute confidence that the team will go to Abidjan and make themselves and Ghanaians proud at the Africa Cup of Nations. Go Ghana, Go Black Stars'' he added.

Ghana arrived in Abidjan on Wednesday - four days before kick off with their first game set for Sunday, January 14, 2024. Chris Hughton's men are chasing their 5th Africa Cup of Nations title having gone 42-years without the accolade.

Captain of the Black Stars Andre Ayew thanked TECHNO Ghana for the gesture and assured them of the players readiness to fight for the flag.

''I have many years of AFCON experience, and I know its not going to be easy. But the players are ready to fight and defend the colors of Ghana in Abidjan''.

''Our preparations in Kumasi has been generally peaceful and smooth, the players conducted themselves very well and I showed signs of determination and hunger during the camping period so I think we are on course''  Andre said.

The Black Stars will play Cape Verde in their Group B opener at Stade Felix Houphouet-Boigny in Abidjan on Sunday, January 14, 2024.
