Facebook co-founder and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg, is the latest to comment about the ongoing friendly war between Ghana and Nigeria about whose Jollof tastes nicest.
The 32-year-old billionaire tech CEO was visiting Nigeria this week, for his first ever trip to Sub- Saharan Africa. His goal is to learn how to "better support tech development and entrepreneurship across Africa," according to a statement from the company.
At a sending off ceremony organised for him, Zuckerberg, talked about his experience in the country and what he loved most including their culture and Jollof.
" It was a fine experience and I was told not to compare the Jollof to that of other famous countries, but how can i not, the Jollof was delicious." He said
" It was really good" he added
This comment sparked another round of debate when the video was shared by a Nigerian Twitter User with Ghanaians arguing that, Mark will change his mind once he tastes " Ghana Jollof".
We agree Zuckerberg will change his mind once he tastes the Ghanaian Jollof.
