A woman has been convicted of biting her ex-boyfriend’s testicle off with her teeth after he disagreed to perform a threesome with her.

According to Scottish outlet STV, Nunzia Del Viscio, 43, carried out the attack in her victim's flat in Edinburgh, Scotland on May 23 last year.

When Police officers and paramedics rushed to the scene after receiving a 999 call, they found Del Viscio outside the flat with blood on her teeth and face.

At her trial in Edinburgh Sheriff Court, she claims she was acting in self-defense when she ripped 44-year-old Marcello Palma’s testicle off with her teeth.

Speaking in court, Palma said they went back to his flat with two other people.

‘We were happy to be together,’ he said, adding: ‘We went back to the flat to keep the night going.’ He told the court that he and the other woman had ‘sexual relations’ in one room, while Del Viscio and the other man went into another.

Palma added that at about 4am,  Del Viscio came into his bedroom naked, jumped on the bed and said she wanted a threesome. He said ‘no’, at which point she started screaming that she wanted a threesome.

Del Viscio then started ‘destroying’ the flat, he said – at which point he told her to leave. ‘We were insulting each other, and she came against me and bit my left testicle,’ he said. ‘I threw two or three punches and had a finger in her eye to push her away. ‘She drew her head back and my testicle came out.’

Sentencing her, Sheriff McCormack found Nunzia Del Viscio guilty of assault and ordered her to pay her de-balled ex-beau $670 compensation.

She was also ordered to stay in her home between 10pm and 6am for six months.
