American private Ivy League research university, The Yale University are partnering with Ghana's premier tertiary institution, University of Ghana to form an alliance for a management programme.

Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamud Bawumia who received a delegation from Yale University (USA) led by the school’s president, Mr Peter Salovey welcomed the decision by the University to partner University of Ghana.

“It is refreshing to note that the University of Ghana has been selected among three other African Universities for the Yale School of Management’s International Collaboration programme,” Dr Bawumia said on Tuesday 13
March 2018.

Dr Bawumia said they discussed issues regarding Yale University’s commitment to establish beneficial partnerships in the areas of research, faculty and student exchanges adding “I am convinced that the collaboration between Ghanaian universities and Yale will grow stronger with time”.
