Family of a 26-year-old man who was killed by residents of Amoam Achiase in the Ashanti Region by setting him on fire is demanding justice.

Driver’s mate, Wahab Sabaani, was attacked by a mob after the chief of the town, Nana Kusi Baabu II, called him an armed robber.

Family spokesperson, Mohammed Mumuni Zakari, says the body will not be buried until they get justice for their deceased relative.

"We need justice because Shabani is never a thief. We have more than 500 youth that can testify that Sabaani is never a thief. All that we need now is justice for our brother. Currently, we can't bury him without  seeing no justice because the youth is not ready to take it."
