Ghanaian defender Abraham Frimpong has completed a transfer to Saudi Arabaian side Al Ain on transfer deadline day.

The defender joined his new club on a three year deal from Hungarian side Ferencvaros for a reported fee of $1 million.

He departed the Hungarian side with some months still  left on his contract.

The 27 year old Ghana made a total of 12 appearances across all competitions for Ferencvaros scoring just a goal before his transfer.

Abraham Frimpong has in the past played for Vojvodina, Red Star Belgrade and Napredak all in Serbia.
