Accra: ‘Tried & True’ group holds Year of Togetherness

A group led by Professionals named ‘Tried & True’ on Facebook over the weekend held a get-together to mark the end of the year.
The colourful occasion was graced by old and new members clad in their beautiful dresses.
The night event was held at Labone, Plot 7 brought together members who haven’t met each other since the group was established and getting to know themselves.
The group was established in June last year by UK based Ghanaian, Mrs. Sandra Tetteh-Myles and have over 57,000 members.
It is made up of professionals from different working fields with the will to help the poor and vulnerable.
The event which was all fun and fair as members displayed their dancing skills.
The group since its inception has on several occasions donated to the Accra Psychiatric Hospital Children’s Block and the Rising Star Orphanage at Dodowa in the Kpone Katamanso Municipality.
They provide emotional and practical support and information and advice, where necessary, to all members on Facebook.
They also empower and encourage members to improve their skills in society. They do not judge, blame or criticize their members.
Mrs. Sandra Tetteh-Myles, the founder in her message encouraged, motivate, inspired the members.
She also wished the members a happy Christmas and entreated all to build better relationships among themselves.
