The Black Stars of Ghana brushed aside a tame South African side at the Cape Coast stadium with a professional performance.
Ghana took the lead through a Thomas Teye Partey effort in the 36th minute after some lousy defending from the away side.

The teams went into the break with Ghana in the ascendancy having taking the lead just on the stroke of half time.

The first 30 minutes of the game was a bit scrappy from both sides with a lot of misplaced passes.

Ghana sealed off the win with a well taken goal by teenage sensation Mohammed Kudus with a thunderbolt into the roof of the net.

Ghana will travel to play minnows São Tomé and Príncipe on Sunday.
