Ghanaian striker Ahmed Said has departed Romanian side FC Arges after the expiration of his contract.

The Kumasi born striker who has an Italian passport arrived at the club from Pitesti in the summer of 2021, and last season he played 28 games, scored three goals and recorded two assists.

Said spent two and a half years in Hajduk, and after leaving Poljud at the beginning of 2019, he was in Rio Ave, Portugal, Lokeren in Belgium and Arges. 

He is now a free agent and is now looking for a new challenge. 

The 29 year old has played once for the Italian U-19 side but can still play for Ghana.
