Anas 'should heck' the creative arts industry too -Nana Ama McBrown

Actress Nana Ama McBrown says investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas "should check" where she believes some corrupt practices exist.
The actress pleaded with investigative journalist to extend his undercover services to the creative arts industry,
She said although his recent expose was based mainly on Ghana’s football, she has a lot of reason to believe such corrupt activities happen in the entertainment industry too.
“I don’t think it’s with only football, it’s with the entertainment industry too. He should check there too…” she told Adom Fm's presenter, Afia Pokua at the premiere of the journalists new “Number 12” documentary.
Nana Ama further advised various institutions and industry players to forgo corrupt activities that might hinder their careers.
Her call has been backed by other artists who say the industry needs cleansing.
The creative arts industry is among those branded with myriads of allegations of corruption.
“The day @anasglobal go enter the GHANA MUSIC INDUSTRY, am sure we go know n see who they chop wonna sponsorships monies, gigs, royalties, & even our shoddies(lol) back bittings
God Bless Our Homeland Ghana,” musician D Cryme said in a tweet.
Actress Yvonne Nelson also added: “It’s not only with football. There’re several institutions in Ghana if you go there, everyone knows, there’s no need to mention names; some of them are so respected, yet, they’ll ask for money”.
