AshGold head coach Bashiru Hayford has hinted that he would love to work with U20 side of the team instead of the Premier side.

The tough-talking trainer had a difficult time with the club in the just ended season which nearly compelled him to resign.

AshGold were defending champions before the start of the just ended season but finished 11thafter the season and the head coach thinks he is meant for the junior side.

Speaking to Kumasi-based Fox FM, Hayford Said, 'I am an expert in developing talents and would enjoy handling the U20 side more.'

The former Asante Kotoko and Medeama SC coach is noted for discovering talents like Samuel Inkoom, Harrison Afful, Eric Bekoe, Mark Sekyere at the Porcupine Warriors when he was their head coach in 2008.
