Ghana newboy William Owusu trained with the Black Stars for the first time on Tuesday evening in Ethiopia in preparation for their 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Kenya.

The Royal Antwerp striker and his teammates were taken through their paces in the chilly evening in Addis Ababa before doing a bit of ball work to fine tune their sharpness.

Coach Kwesi Appiah had 16 players turning up for their first day of training ahead of the match to be played in the Kenya capital on Saturday.

The arrival of three more players yesterday evening means the gaffer will have the compliment of a full squad for the double training session scheduled for today.

The team will hold their last training session in the Ethiopian capital on Thursday morning before enplaning to Nairobi where they will train on the pitch of the Moi International sports center on before Saturday’s game.
