Ghana’s Black Queens team held their first training session ahead of Sunday’s Africa Women’s Nations Cup opener against Kenya.

Coach Yusif Basigi and his team held an hour training exercise at the Stade Municipal de Limbe.

The Black Queens led by Captain Safia Abdul-Rahman are expected to start off the campaign on a good note by recording a win over the debutants.

The three-time finalist will hence be counting on the experience of Sweden-based trio Elizabeth Addo, Portia Boakye and Juliet Acheampong as well as the striking force of US-based Florence Dadson and Samira Suleman.
