Black Stars return home from Angola after AFCON 2025 failure

The Black Stars have safely returned to Ghana following their 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola.

The team touched down at Kotoka International Airport at 5:25 am on Saturday, November 16, ready to regroup for their upcoming match.

Head coach Otto Addo and his squad are now shifting their focus to their next challenge: a qualifier against Niger on Monday, November 18, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium.

To prepare, the team will undergo a recovery training session on Saturday, followed by a final practice on Sunday.

The Black Stars are determined to finish their qualifying campaign on a strong note and will be aiming for a decisive victory over Niger to close out their campaign.
