Bono derby ends in stalemate as Nsoatreman and Aduana draw 

In an engaging Bono derby on Sunday, Nsoatreman FC and Aduana FC battled to a 1-1 draw at the Nana Kronmansah Park.

The hosts took the lead in the 22nd minute when Anokye Morrison found the back of the net. However, Aduana FC equalized before halftime, with Abdul Latif Bamba scoring in the 40th minute to level the match.

The second half saw both teams creating opportunities but failing to capitalize, resulting in a balanced contest that ended with both sides sharing the points.

This result leaves both teams tied on 12 points in the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League standings, with Nsoatreman FC in 12th place and Aduana FC slightly ahead in 10th due to goal difference.

Accra Lions also faced disappointment over the weekend as their struggles in the current campaign continued, dropping points in their home fixture.
