Breaking News : Ghana Premier League set to begin next month ; new sponsors secured

The 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season is set to begin mid-December 2019 following a tentative date in November that was initially given.
The 2019-2020 Ghana Premier League will commence in mid-December with government set to sponsor the new season with $2m Dollars as GNPC and Ghana Gas have reportedly agreed to Support the Government to bring back football after Ana's Expose.
Since the truncation of the 2017/2018 league season following the number 12 expose by investigative journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, the domestic football season has been thrown into disarray with most footballers now idle following long periods of inactivity.
