CEO Wolves Company LTD Mr. Sally Manaf has finally received his awards confered to him in the maiden edition of Nkoranzaman Football Awards held last month.

Fortnight ago, the Nkoranzaman Football Awards which happened in Nkoranza, The municipal capital of Nkoranza South Municipal Assembly had Mr. Sally Manaf awarded in the special award category, "outstanding and dedicated service to football".

Unable to physically appear for the showdown which was heavily attended by the family of football in Ghana and elsewhere, Mr. Manaf, yesterday at his office, Wolves Company Limited-East Legon was officially given a citation for his achievement.

The team which presented the award was led by Ms. Nathrine Afrifa Mensah, Managing Director of Cedar Events Ghana, event organizing partner of Nkoranzaman Football Awards plus Mr. Solomon Ohene Yeboah, CEO of King’s Media GH, also a media partner. A few friends, well wishers, colleague staff and the media were also present.

Presenting the award, Mr. Michael Olusanya, The Country Director of Greenway International Foundation congratulated Sally Manaf for the feat chalked and praised his commitment to the sport. Michael further reiterated the need to have more people with Manaf’s passion to grow the sport in Ghana.

Manaf, on the other hand, thanked Allah and Organizers for the recognition and the honour done him. The short event coincided with his company’s first anniversary. He, therefore, with the opportunity called his staff to celebrate his success. It was all joy-filled moment.

Manaf, for the year under review, organized two tournaments-Wolves Cup and the Zongo Base of same. These translates into tens of thousand Ghana Cedis, however, Wolves Company single handedly sponsored all. His philanthropic works for various Districts particularly grassroots football cannot go unnoticed. He has helped countless people-players, coaches, administrators and even supporters money-wise, material and in words to achieve their full potential. It was one of these gestures that caught the attention of the Nkoranza Municipal Football Association (Bono East) to reward him in an event aimed to reward only indigenes. Manaf was the only expatriate to win an award.
