Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has arrived in Ghana to spend the winter break in his native country of Ghana after a busy season.

There has been a two week winter break in the English Premier League as Chelsea will not be in action until February 5th, 2022 in an FA Cup game against Plymouth Argyle.

“Back to Ghana for a little break! See you soon,” the England-born forward announced on Twitter.

The English-born winger spent his summer holidays in Ghana where he interacted with Chelsea fans and and also participated in a local community game.

He also visited the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and also had an interaction with the Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon Mustapha Ussif.

Hudson-Odoi also watched his father's former club Accra Hearts of Oak play against Great Olympics where he was handed a customized Hearts of Oak jersey.

The Ghanaian winger has contributed three goals whiles providing fives assists in 25 matches across all competitions this seasons.
