Christopher Antwi Agyei has finally touched down in Ghana and indeed arrived at the Black Stars team hotel a few hours to kick off after a protracted release by his club SC Paderbon and issues with his documentation.

Ghanaian international, Christopher Antwi-Adjei has finally been released by Bundesliga outfit SC Paderborn has joined his team mate in camp this after but this evenings game may be too soon for the midfielder as he is even yet to train with his team mates.

The winger received his maiden call up by Ghana for the final international break of the season but due to a variety of formalities, it seemed a journey to the west African country was initially impossible.

But the 24-year old has now been cleared and will team up with Ghana on Wednesday.

"In an intensive dialogue with the authorities and all those involved, we were finally able to find a solution," an SC Paderborn statement read.
