Ghana coach Kwasi Appiah has named a 23-man squad for the Black Stars 2019 Afcon qualifier against Sierra Leone at Kumasi next month.

The Black Stars will lock horns with the Leone Stars on 11th October at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in the third group clash as they seek to puck a ticket for the tournament in Cameroon next year.

Skipper Asamoah Gyan and defender Lumor Agbenyenu make a return for the game while Asante Kotoko goalie Felix Annan also earns a call up for the game.

Defenders Jonathan Mensah and John Boye as well as midfielders Bernard Mensah and Mubarak Wakaso also return for the game.
