Chief Supt Akunnor said as they got closer to the said place, Gyamfi pulled a gun at him, ordered him to stop and hand over the ignition key or get killed. They pushed him out of the car after forcibly removing his phone and cash and sped off. A formal report was made to the police and based upon a tip-off, the stolen car was later traced to Offinso, where the two were arrested but their accomplice managed to slip through.
