remy Crystal Palace has announced via their official twitter page the agreement of a season long loan deal for Chelsea misfit Loic Remy.

The 29 year old French international who joined the Blues In the summer of 2014, for a reported £10.5 million. Despite winning the League Cup and Premier League in his first season, Remy has struggled to establish himself as an important member of the squad. He was down the picking order under former boss jose mourinho and the arrival of Michy Batshuayi under Conte has not helped the strikers case.

The move to Crystal Palace makes a lot of sense considering Remy played with Palace boss Alan Pardew on loan at Newcastle in 2013-14, scoring 14 goals. The manager and player know each other very well and the deal could prove mutually beneficial to all parties involved.
