The roadmap to seek peace and unity in Dagbon required a lot of decisive leaderships  and credible front-runners to guide us all to its actualization.

Successive governments played some roles on this roadmap and it is equally important we must thank them all.

But, with this release, we want to give a special thanks to the President, H.E Akufo Addo for his overwhelming skills and leadership to bring to us the people of Dagbon the peace we have always prayed for. The president throughout this period has shown a lot of neutrality, greater commitment to the the peace and unity for the people Dagbon. His stances were remarkable and it is one of the very reasons why we finally had the peace we hoped for.

The people of Dagbon has spent some regrettable era seeking peace and it is refreshing we find it today under the matured leadership of H.E Akufo Addo.

As a concerned Abudu and Andani group, we expected a fast track to peace when we had one of our own as a President of Ghana, between 2012-2016. But, unfortunately, that could not happen! A sad and a regrettable situation we once witnessed. So it becomes overwhelmingly refreshing  when a brother from another land finds us the peace we always wanted to embrace. Hence, it really in order we shower these special praises to President Akufo Addo. He has made a mark in the histroy of Dagbon and we shall be forever grateful.

To the President, we have a firm believe that the overwhelming majority of persons from Dagbon will show their heartfelt appreciation in the next general elections. We shall show you through the ballot in 2020 whelther we honestly appreciate the lasting peace you find us.

Also, we want to thank the committee of eminent chiefs for delivery such a significant mandate tasked them by the President. They showed a lot of professionalism, maturity and goodwill towards the roadmap to peace in Dagbon. We are grateful to the Otumfuo Osei Tutu II led committee of eminent chiefs.  We ask for longer lives on your respective thrones.

Again, we thank our brothers and sisters from Dagbon for embracing peace.
