Ghana Premier League side King Faisal have reportedly started group training with their players without taking any COVID-19 test for their players and technical staff.

Teams have been told to conduct mandatory tests for all players and members of staff before they can start training with the lifting of restrictions on football.

During the President's address that lifted the ban placed on football since March, he stated that all COVID-19 protocols will be be observed whiles the ban has been eased.

According to reports filed by Kumasi based Oyerepa FM, King Faisal this morning trained at the Paa Joe at KNUST with none of their players nor technical team having undertaken the mandatory coronavirus test.

The club may be in deep trouble as the government may sanction the club for undertaking training without going through any sort of COVID-19 test.

King Faisal finished bottom of the annulled 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season without winning a single game.
