DR Congo to vote on Sunday amid concerns over human rights abuses

The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) heads to the polls on Sunday after a two-year delay and a postponement by a week.
Amid reports of the death of protesters during campaign rallies, rights groups fear the election cannot be fair and accuse the government of oppressing the political opposition.
