Ghanaian Rapper Edem has waded in on the controversial diss song by JaySo released targeted towards M.anifest.

According to the 'Gbevu' hitmaker, the two top rappers do not need such drama “at this stage in their careers.”

“I don’t think that both of them need it” stated Edem to JOY NEWS’ MzGee.

On June 1, 2018, JaySo released a new EP. On one of the tracks ‘Barfest,’ he aimed at M.anifest telling him he “be god for your pocket. We no dey bow down to idols.”

That verse was in reference to M. dot’s moniker ‘godMC.’

Read our report on the feud between JaySo and M.anifest below.

Rapper M.anifest’s claim to be the ‘godMC’ is only in his “pocket” says Sound Engineer and Rapper, JaySo.

On a new song ‘Barfest’ off his 0106 EP (Vol.3), the latter comes for M. Dot for his rapper moniker.

“listen my Man, you be god for your pocket. We no dey bow down to idols.” raps an obviously incensed JaySo.

He also refers to M.anifest as “Daddy’s little pride” – M.anifest is the song of Tsatsu Tsikata – a Ghanaian legal luminary.

The song starts with “Wait, what? All of a sudden, I’m a hater? Okay. Look, I hear everything. I see everything, all those sneak disses, the indirect.”

JaySo also alludes to issues between himself and M.anifest and cautions the latter against sneak dissing him.
