Legendary Cameroonian footballer, Samuel Eto'o  has shared a powerful prayer with newly inaugurated Liberian President, George Oppong Weah.

Eto'o was amongst a star-studded cast in Liberian capital of Monrovia to witness the swearing-in ceremony of George Weah as the 24th President of the Republic of Liberia.

The former Barcelona star took to his Instagram page to pray for George Weah, as he takes over from Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Africa’s first elected female president, who steps down after two terms of six years each.

Eto'o shared a picture of him and the new President of Liberia with the caption; "May GOD always be your First counsel and give you the discernment you need to take the best decisions in serving your people, as a great leader is above all a great servant. You have been amazing on the field, and now another path is laid before you; may you achieve greatness there as well and fulfill your destiny. May GOD bless you with abundant Grace dear brother!????adrénaline ????"
