Ghana premier league side Liberty Professionals Football club are considering offers from several European clubs for their most talented academy product, Leonard Amesimeku.

The teenage midfielder was promoted to the Scientific soccer Lads first team early this year and was a constant feature in the club's impressive Normalization Special cup campaign.

Amesimeku's impressive performances during the competition attracted several foreign scouts to the Karl Reindorf park in a bid to observe a player who is comfortable playing in a holding midfield role or at centre back.

The Youngster has since become a subject of transfer speculations from several European and Asian clubs but Liberty Professionals managed to hold on their priced asset despite the absence of active football in Ghana.

However, it is looking increasingly unlikely that Amesimeku will be on the books of the Dansoman based club when the new Ghana premier league season kicks off in November.

According to a source close to Liberty Professionals, the club has received several offers from top European clubs for the services of Amesimeku who is touted as the most talented player from their academy in recent times.

The source further revealed that a decision will be made soon on the future of the teenage sensation with management considering the best option for the player.

" This kid is a player we will only sell for the right price. He has developed brilliantly for us but we feel it's time we consider these offers" the source said

Should a deal be reached for the transfer of Amesimeku, he will be missed by Liberty Professionals who have been looking to build a team around the towering midfield dynamo.
