MUNICH (Sputnik) - Former US Vice President Joe Biden told Sputnik on 17 February that he had not made his mind yet whether to run for the country’s highest office in the 2020 election.

"I don't know, haven't made my mind yet", he said on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, when asked whether he planned to run in the next presidential race.
Biden, 76, the vice president under the Barack Obama administration, is considered to be one of the most popular potential presidential candidates.

In December last year, Former US Vice President Joe Biden topped a survey of Democratic presidential hopefuls in 2020 election with a favorability rating of 53 percent among all voters and an 84 percent rating among Democratic voters, according to a poll by Quinnipiac University.
