A local radio station in Kumasi, Fox FM is thrown into a state of devastation after the death of its presenter, Jomenz was announced.

His sudden death occurred Sunday September 23 around 9am at the Agogo Government hospital where he was on admission.

A family member, confirming the sad news to Ghanaguardian's Eric Nana Prekoh said, Joe, as he was affectionately called, fell sick for a short period over what is suspected to be pneumonia.

Born, Joseph Oppong Ampomah Mensah, was an astute Late Afternoon Show host who was employed a fort night ago to host the extended version of the Fox FM Drive.

Joe, a native of Agogo in the Asante Akyem Municipality of the Ashanti Region worked with many media houses such as Jem FM, Hello FM and Max FM at Enchi in the Western Region where he served as the Programs Manager.

He left behind a wife and a 12-year-old daughter who reside in Belgium.
