Owner and President of Tema Youth Wilfred Kwaku Osei Palmer has bared his teeth at the Ghana Football Normalization Committee.

According the Normalization Committee,Palmer failed to file his appeal process in time but he has brought at documents to suggest that is the contrary.

Meanwhile per our checks team Palmer  submitted all the needed documents to the GFA secretary on Monday 7th October 2019 at exactly 3:14 pm.

Wilfred Kwaku Osei was the only person to have been disqualified by the vetting committee based on some breaches of certain provisions in the GFA statutes.

Mr. Osei was disqualified for breach of article 33 (5) of the Ghana Football Association, which allows a team to pay 10% of revenue from the sale of player, and in this case Joseph Painstil formerly of Tema Youth and certain comments he made in the past relating to unclassified payments to referees.

The elections for the GFA preisdency is slated for 25th October 2109 but the Osei Palmer legal battle may force the NC to reschedule the date for the elections.

Below are all the documents submitted by TeamPalmer.
