Ghanaian defender Kasim Adams has signed a two-year contract with Swiss side Young Boys from Spanish Segunda side Real Mallorca, Ghanasoccernet.com exclusively reveal.

Kasim, 21, who passed his medical on Thursday put pen to paper to complete the move on Friday 19th August for an undisclosed fee.

The former Ghana U20 star arrived in Switzerland in the early hours of Thursday and proceeded with his medical later in the day before signing the contract today.

Kasim had been an instrumental player for the Spanish Segunda side and is believed to be joining the Swiss side because of the hunger of playing top flight football having served in Spain for three years.

Young Boys are currently playing in the preliminary stages of the US Champions League and the arrival of the Ghanaian is boost them in the competition.
