Former Ghana U-20 defender Joseph Aidoo inspired Belgian side KRC Genk to a  2-0 win over Malmo FF in the Europa League on Thursday.

The former Inter Allies captain was impressive for his side as they strolled to victory.

Aidoo started the game at the Luminus Arena and lasted the full duration of the game where he helped in stabilizing their defensive wall.

Belgian Leandro Trossard and Tanzanian striker Mbwana Samatta got the two goals for Genk who move up on the table.
