Head Coach of the national U-20 team, the Black Satellites, Jimmy Cobblah insists his boys are going into African Youth Championship qualifiers against Algeria with the aim to win.

The Black Satellites will face their Algerian counterparts in the first leg tie which will be played at the Stade du Julliet in Algiers on Friday.

The former Inter Allies manager revealed after the team’s first training session that Ghana is going all out to finish the job in the first leg and promised his side will take the game to the Greens at their own backyard.

"All my years I have been coaching for 20 years now and when I am going to a game I never think of draw or lose because going into a game and you think of draw or lose you will have one, every game I strategies for a win and we have come here to score but if we didn't score we will have a point to go home with as for lose it's not our prayers", Coach Jimmy Cobbinah told Oman FM.

The junior national team will host the return leg tie between May 18-20 at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Winner of the two-legged tie  will face either Gambia or Benin in the third round of the qualifiers for a place in the 2019 African Youth Championship to be staged in Niger next year.
