Dzata cement has got a lot of young Ghanaians excited as reports indicate that the wholly owned Ghanaian cement manufacturing company is selling a bag of 50kg of cement for as low as GHC30.

Cement prices has been an issue of great discussion as whenever it increases rent is also likely to shoot up.

In the last few months cement is selling for as high as GHC50 per bag something which many persons have agitated the government should do something about it.

Currently prices of known brands like GHACEM, DIAMOND among others are very high increasing astronomically the cost of building.

It will be a huge sigh of relief for most Ghanaians if indeed Dzata cement is selling at the much affordable GHC30.

Recently the senior advisor to the Pressident Yaw Osafo Marfo and the Minister of Trade and Industry Alan Kyerematen paid a working tour at the over $100 million facility.

The company is located on a 10-acre land near the Tema Port, with the cement already on the market.
