Senior lecturers and administration officials at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) have served notice they will lay down their tools from  February 1, 2016.

Officials at the Institute say they will not teach or enter marks on the school’s score entry system if various acting top positions in the school are not filled. Currently, the school has no Deputy Rector with several other appointees in acting positions.

In a statement sighted citifmonline.com, the President of the Senior Members Association, Stanley Coffie described the situation as totally unacceptable. The Association President, Stanley Coffie concluded by saying, faculty members had not taken the decision to withdraw their service lightly; but the situation leaves the members with no other option.
