The road to redemption for Liberty Professionals is on and it is very clear now as their 2-0 win over Berekum Chelsea on Saturday gave their survival hopes a big boost.

Liberty Professionals have been stuck in the relegation dogfight all this while in the league but their form in the second round has been impressive.

They have managed to turn the Sogakope WAFA Stadium into a fortress as they have won all matches played there since been prevented from playing at the Dansoman Karl Reindolph Park for breach of Club Licensing rules.

Goals from the exciting Abraham Wayo in the 6th minute and the clincher from Adamu Amadu in the 79th minute made the win complete.

It appears the Silas Tetteh and Andy Sinason combination is working magic for the Dansoman based side.

The points have helped Liberty Professionals get out of the relegation zone and move up to 14th with a game more than their rivals.
