Accra Hearts of Oak interim coach Yaw Preko says his side were psychologically affected from the defeat they suffered in the hands of Bechem united in the GhPL match day 27.

The former assistant coach to Kenichi and Sergio is seeking to seal his first win at home after the demotion of the Portuguese tactician Traguil to the youth team.

The Ex- hearts winger Preko popularly known as Ian Rush,led the Phobians over their FA cup 3-0 victory over Wassaman united, and also sat in the dugout against Dreams in the match day16 of the Ghana premier league at the Accra sports stadium which ended 1-0 in favour of Hearts.

Speaking to the media at the club training grounds Legon Ajax park,
He revealed;

"They were down, psychologically they were really really down."
"But I spoke to them, we had couple of meetings on the pitch before and after training."

Preko added; "I psych them, educate them on how this 3 matches are important to us."
"Even if we can't win the league, we need to win on a higher note"

Yaw Preko is looking forward to pick all the 3 points at the expense of Dwarfs as Hearts of oak is currently placing 4th on the GhPL league log.
