The ruling National Democratic Congress(NDC) has dared the NPP National Youth organiser Sammy Awuku with his youth if he is a man.

In what seems to be a string of press conferences and counter press conference, the two parties are assuring their respective supporters of victory.

The NPP has held  its second and third press conferences within an hour, declaring victory for itself and further asking the EC to come out and declare Nana Akuffo Addo as the president elect.

The national youth organiser earlier held a press conference and warned that the youth of the party cannot be restrained if they should hit the street.

But addressing a counter press conference, the NDC's Koku Anyidoho threw  the gauntlet down to Sammy Awuku to carry on with his threat if can.

"If Sammy Awuku is a man, he should hit the street and let see.I dare him to try  it and he will meet the laws of this land,", he said.

"We are a law abiding party and we know the EC is the only body to declare the winner of this election.

"If you believe Akuffo Addo has won then why don't you wait for the EC decalare him as the winner."

According to the NDC their candidate John Mahama is in a comfortable lead.It says out of 166 constituency result collated, the NDC is leading with 50.6% against the NPP's 49.06%.

The electoral commission has revealed it was going to declare the result within 72 hours after election.
