Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie appointed deputy Youth and Sports Minister designate

The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo has appointed Hon Evans Opoku Bobie as the deputy minister designate for Youth and Sports.
Evans Opoku Bobie, a former Bono Ahafo Regional Minister and the Member of Parliament for Asunafo North will assist Hon Yusif Mustapha if he is approved by Parliament.
There has been a lot of rumours in the last few weeks about persons appointed as deputy ministers for various portfolios but there is now finality with the President bringing out the list.
He was the Bono Ahafo Regional Minister for some time and was made the Regional Minister for the Ahafo Region when it was split into two.
Evans Bobie Opoku was born on December 1 1974,and member of the eight Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Asunafo North Constituency in the Ahafo Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.
He obtained an M.A from the University of Cape Coast and a B.A and Diploma from the University of Ghana.
He also has a certificate in Loan and Risk Management from the Institute of loan and Risk Management.
Evans Bobie Opoku was a teacher from 1997 to 1999,a Credit Manager at Ahafo Community Bank Limited from 2002 to 2005 as well as the Credit Manager from 2010 to 2016.
He also holds a bachelor of law degree which was attained in 2020 and a Masters degree in Developement Management attained in 2012.
